I’m Caitie, a multidisciplinary designer and photographer who believes strong visuals should do more than simply look good. They should communicate something, connect with the right people and make whatever they represent feel intentional.
My work spans brand identity, campaigns, marketing communications and photography, with experience creating for businesses, organizations and communities. Whether I’m developing a visual system from the ground up, working within an established brand or stepping behind the camera, I’m always thinking about the bigger picture: who we’re speaking to, what we need them to understand and how the creative can help get us there.

I’m originally from Bethune, South Carolina, an itty-bitty town with a population of around 300. I attended Clemson University and apparently liked it enough to do it twice.
I now live in Spartanburg with my husband and college sweetheart, Joey, and our Shih Tzu, Sugar. My favorite things include reading, chocolate ice cream, iced coffee and the color pink. In no particular order. Maybe…

How I Work
With a background in psychology and graphic communications, I naturally approach creative work from both sides of the equation: people and visuals. Understanding how people think, communicate and respond to information influences the way I design just as much as typography, color and composition.
Most importantly, I like the process to feel collaborative.
